Position Title : Manager/ Sr. Manager- FSS
Reports To : Managing Director
Minimum Qualification : Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering ; MBA/ PGDBM will be a plus
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS :
1. At least 9 years of work experience in project management within a cross-functional matrix environment in Multinational manufacturing industry preferably fasteners.
2. Exposure in the field of Quality, Technical or Engineering in automotive/ Automobile industry
3. Experienced in RFQ and PPAP/APQP quality processes
4. Coordinate teams from engineering, quality, purchasing, sales
5. Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
6. Highly organized and accurate, strong analytic and presentation abilities
7. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
8. Fluent english (written, verbal and presentation)
9. Proficiency with MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Word
10. Able to travel where necessary

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
2. Develop and manage all aspects of project from planning, external vendor selections, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
3. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
4. In cooperation with the German Headquarter or other subsidiaries on global project.
5. Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project team meetings
6. Feasibility studies on projects in cooperation with the related departments
7. Ensure that deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations were met
8. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
9. Quality assurance, manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
10. Full project life cycle ownership
11. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
12. Management, planning and control of all the activities in business unit to optimize resource, minimize costs and maintain quality standards
13. Prepare an annual sale and purchasing plan, lead and coordinate execution of sales and purchasing schedules based on sales requirements, inventory levels and implement cost control measurements
14. Control expenditure according to budget and prepare forward planning of Sales Division requirements for future projects
15. Responsible for staff selection, training, development, utilization and develop workforce flexibility; evaluate the performance and the efficiency of staff and procedures
16. Prepare regular reports to the Management on budget performance, project performance and forecasts
17. Assessment of customer inquiries
18. Support and coordination of APQP requirements with the related departments
19. Project implementation and follow up through CRM Tool (Customer relationship Management)
20. Competitor analyzes
21. Participation on exhibition
22. Collaboration with all relevant divisions and departments
23. Other ask as and when assigned.
Location : Initially Gurugram; but candidate must be open to relocate to Pune/ Bangalore / Chennai is need comes and must be open for travel
Must have skills : Excellent English communication; presentation; Business acumen
Profile required : Must have good knowledge and experience in Fasteners
