Age: 30yrs +

Total Experience : 7-10yrs

Relevant Experience: min 5yrs +

Mandatory skills Required :

1. Provides quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.

2. Achieves the Regions revenue and profitability quotas for Laerdal products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region.

3. Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.

4. Leads the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.

5. Responsible for the Regions forecasting and sales tracking.

6. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information

7. identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

8. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operation

9. To carry out any other task as assigned from time to time

10. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth

11. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives

Desired Skills :

1) Must have min 7-8 years experience in aero & defence industry sales of any engineering components and not in capital equipment or project sales.

2) Should possess Good Technical aptitude and should be competent & comfortable in using hands-on approach, such as demos and product trials.

3) Should be able to effectively present new technology with its features and benefits, to a wide cross section of commercial and technical audience.

4) Ability to implement & follow systematic sales process.

5) Must be very comfortable in MS Office applications, including Power point.

6) Must be mobile and willing to travel extensively within the country.

7) Should be Self Motivated & should have an understanding on KPIs & acceptance to work on the same.

Must have skills : Good communication; presentation; Business acumen

Profile required : Must have good exposure in Aerospace industry; fastener experience will be a plus
