Senior Manager IT Operations & PMO

We are looking for a Sr Manager IT Operations and Program Management Office to lead our IT operations including but not limited to Infrastructure, Info-security, Network, Vendor management, SAM (Software asset management), Licensing, and end-user device support (laptops, desktops, peripherals, servers, etc). You will also lead our program management office with a specific focus on the ERP implementation program which we will be embarking upon shortly.

Key role attributes :

- Support digital roadmap and IT strategy by ensuring that the IT infrastructure for the organization is fit for purpose, secure by design, and has the lowest TCO

- Collaborate with business to ensure that IT systems are subjected to continuous value realization, are resilient, and maintain an uptime of over 99.5%

- Ensure business continuity by managing networks, end-user support, remote working enablement

- Enabling availability of right IT systems and tools to the key resources in the organization as required, at the same time keeping a sharp focus on SAM (S/W asset management) and cost-effective and highly efficient AMC constructs with service providers, keep a keen sense on overall Vendor management with a sharp focus on TCO

- Sharp focus on information security and data privacy and protection regulations

- Lead the program management office and office of the CIO for the organization

- Remits in the program management office role

- Overall management reporting on all key IT programs.

- Program managing (schedule, budget, vendor, resource, stakeholder management) key IT programs

- Ensuring resourcing from internal and external sources

- Highlighting deviations and risks to the program

- Remits in the office of CIO role.

- Software asset management

- Vendor management (including but not limited to license audits, AMCs, contract management)

- Overall IT budget management with laser-sharp focus on run cost optimization and project cost prioritization basis the approved innovation funnel

Qualifications :

- 5-8 years experience in a similar role

- Bachelor's degree in computer science

- Master's degree in business administration/equivalent with focus on IT operations and IT management

- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, network, information security a must

- Experience managing complex programs desirable

- Excellent financial acumen required (management of IT budgets, Opex/Capex considerations, TCO optimization, License auditing, and tracking)

- Experience working on ERP implementation program with a focus on basis/infra highly desirable

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Good networking skills

- Thrives in a dynamic, unstructured environment and transcends job boundaries and descriptions.
