You have a track record in building online businesses and understand the ecommerce funnel &amp; operations. Responsibilities : - Own the website ecommerce P&amp;L. - Lead a stellar D2C team who are all self-starters and will push you hard - Lead the team in annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of the budget, and reporting on marketing and operations initiatives- performance, with a focus on ROI &amp; revenue growth - Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth - traffic, conversion, revenue and profit - Own the website tech and martech stack - Develop data-driven strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across the ecommerce platform - Setup and deploy lifecycle management campaigns that maintain journeys, triggers, and automation - Lead the team to drive efficient warehouse and logistics operations - Improve MoM operational efficiency by driving various initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams and agencies - product, service, advertising and operations Who are you? - 4-10 years experience in driving ecommerce business - If you have scars from a failed ecommerce venture in the past we will be more than happy to talk - In-depth knowledge of website analytics, Clavertap, Google Analytics, etc - Love talking about CAC, ROAS, CPA, cohorts, retention, SLA, TAT, etc - Understand the challenges in warehouse and logistics - Great team leader who can coach team members and at the same time is open to new ideas from every team member (yeah, it's a vocal team) - You get a high when a user orders something and the package is delivered on the same day - Perks include becoming a beta tester for our new headphones &amp; working with a team that loves to hustle and cheer for each other.
