Head - Sales & Marketing (Real Estate - Residential and Commercial)
- A big business conglomerate in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is looking to hire Head - Sales & Marketing for its Real Estate business based in Kinshasa, capital city of DRC.
- Looking for a strong S&M Head with 12 to 15 years of experience in Real Estate selling housing, commercial spaces etc., (particularly budget homes).
- French language will be an added advantage though not compulsory.
Incumbent will head both Sales and Marketing function, broadly with below KPIs :
1. Preparing a Sales Strategy for next 3 years keeping in view of the current projects
2. Preparing a Marketing Strategy for next 3 years keeping in view of the current projects
3. Train the Sales and Marketing team in achieving targets
4. Device Social Media Marketing Plans
5. Set up Sales and Marketing Team
Expectations from Candidates :
1. Should have 12 to 15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing
2. Good experience in selling Budget homes
3. Should have experience in both Sales and Rentals
4. Abroad experience is preferred, not compulsory
5. French language is preferred, not compulsory
6. Dynamic / Go getter personality
7. Someone who is very flexible and adaptable
