A big business group in Angola, is looking to hire a CEO for its Industries division (Multiple businesses - Liquor / Biscuits / Cosmetics etc., etc., ). Looking for an Engineer with Management Graduation with 17 to 20 years of experience, currently with P&L responsibility for multiple businesses. Should be very strong in setting Sales and Marketing strategy for multiple businesses. Package on offer will be between USD 12,000/- to USD 15,000/- per month plus other benefits. Indian nationals preferred.

CEO would be fully responsible for the Business Operations, Revenue Growth, operational profitability (EBITA) and Performance Excellence across all Industries.

- Experience in management of large P&Ls, Domain Knowledge in Retail and Consumer Businesses, Business Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Market research, Finance Management, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain & Logistics, People Management, Stakeholder Management

PRIMARY/ SHORT TERM :

1. Creation of operational development blueprint of the Group Businesses.

2. Run P&L management, Review budget forecasts across all businesses

3. Identify and secure resources

4. Setting up of operations in new mandated geographical areas of expansion

5. Drive business development strategy of the group in line with group goals. Identify areas of growth.

6. Drive employee engagement and leadership development

7. Establish best practices for sustainability & growth of operations

8. Promote Group's Vision

9. Design and implement standard business processes.

SECONDARY/ LONG TERM : 

1. Establish international standards in running businesses.

2. Timely evaluation of all businesses & meet their Operational needs.

3. Implement changes, induce new strategies & do innovation based for overall improvement, performance, growth & revenues

4. Carry evaluation and Implementation of latest Technologies post cost-benefit analysis. Drive operations efficiency.

5. Benchmark with competitors across all segments to create business USPs

6. Create a self-growing culture i.e., the culture which promotes the company's growth

7. Sustain and increase business margins
