The Program:

- We want you to experience WHAT WE FEEL AND DO every day, and offer the opportunity to jump-start your career with the BMW Group through our Management Associate Programme (MAP). Within 18 months you will experience strategy, culture, on-going business and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective through 3-4 different rotations. You will work in various departments and accomplish two international assignments, one of them at our headquarters in Munich. All positions are based out of BMW’s office in Gurgaon.

We are looking for people in Sales/Marketing and Finance.

- Your personal mentor, an experienced manager in the BMW Group, will be on hand to support you in finding a professional direction that is right for you and will guide you to develop your individual strengths.

- Between 23-26 yrs of age

- Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ CA or MBA-Finance.

- Work experience of at least 2-4 yrs in Sales / Marketing, Finance.

- Finance professionals with greater experience in Risk & Controlling are desired.

- Prior or current industry work experience in Auto/ Auto Ancilliary or Technology led Consumer Durable businesses or Financial Services.

- First class achiever in Std X, XII, and College years (with English as primary medium of instruction mandatory).

- Linguistic with at least one international language, (preferably German)/ Open to learning languages.

- Enthusiastic about technology.

- Willing and able for international mobility.

- Ability to appreciate the finer things of life with a luxury orientation.
