Marketing Operations Leader / Head of Marketing Operations

Blume Global is seeking a motivated, seasoned marketing professional who knows how to build and scale a team responsible for implementing and measuring global campaigns.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, a successful marketing leader will lead the results-oriented marketing strategy to effectively drive leads for the sales team and increase Blume Global's brand presence in APAC. This position will be responsible for marketing activities and overseeing the development and execution of a fully integrated and comprehensive marketing strategy for Blume Global's solutions.

Primary responsibilities:

- Collaborate with global marketing team and marketing leadership to create and develop marketing operations strategy, including campaigns

- Develop and maintain marketing processes from lead creation to sales handoff

- Manage local India Marketing team

- Work with leadership to implement targeted campaigns

- Own the marketing technology stack, processes and data including data hygiene, list management, marketing qualified leads, and account research

- Recommend and implement brand awareness in the APAC region

- Stay updated on upcoming marketing strategies and tactics

Requirements:

- 12+ years marketing experience in B2B enterprise environment in SaaS product company

- Experience developing best practices in Marketing Operations

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- High ethical and moral standards

- Proven track record of success in marketing roles

- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to garner consensus from the broader organization

- Maintaining governance in Marketo, Marketo certified or experience managing a team of Marketo users

- CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)

- Knowledge of data management rules and regulations (GDPR, CCPA etc.)

- Strong experience managing a team who implements and measures marketing campaigns

- Knowledge of developing target audiences

- Experience with multi-touch ABM campaign management

- English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

- From top MBA colleges like IIMs, ISB, FMS, XLRI

- Supply chain, logistics or transportation industry or B2B technology industry experience preferred

- Working knowledge of how to use key business applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.)
