Looking for an eCommerce manager who is data driven, hands-on on selling through own website and market places. Key responsibility will be to manage daily business operation, grow the channel sales and product category sales by increasing traffic, conversion, adding products and marketing. Candidate need to have good understanding of profit and loss account.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement ecommerce strategy including sales & marketing, to drive the top & bottom line
- Prepare and present annual, quarterly and monthly vertical budgets in discussion with the top leadership
- Monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them
- Implement best practices, controls & processes.
- Creating an e-comm Sales strategy,
- Relationship management with agencies and partners, New channel partner identification and development in line with sales Strategy.
- Continuously improve and benchmark the shopping experience by Optimising website features, providing new product offering, customer service
- Responsible for overall look and feel of websites including UI/UX and visual/written communication on websites
- Knows about Shopify Management
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure timely implementation of campaign and achieving ROI as decided in business plan
- Identify gaps in various departments, area of improvements to achieve best results
- Do competitive research and benchmarking
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years e-Commerce experience
- Strong experience in handling ecommerce website and channel sales along with good exposure in ecommerce operation
- Leadership ability and detail oriented
- Data driven decision making skills
- Good English communication writing skills
