Blue Ribbon - Head - Marketing & Public Relations (5-10 yrs)
Job Description
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Create and implement PR plans and strategies in international publication outreach
- Develop and conduct an integrated strategic communications meeting to advance brand's identity and broaden awareness of the products.
- Serve as primary contact for all media related queries;
- creating and maintaining international publication lists
- Write press releases, media announcements, speeches and other PR copy
- Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings
- Organize and oversee company events such as fairs, open days, seminars, conferences, etc.
- Provide effective crisis management solutions in times of need
- Suggest effective ways of peaceful resolving any internal or external disputes
- Conduct research and analyse public opinion.
- Build and maintain targeted media lists, and nurture relationships with key reporters
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate insights to management
- Responsible for scheduling and executing meetings with international clients
- Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all of the organization's marketing, communications, and public relations activities.
- Prepare outreach emails and related things.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders including public affairs offices, consumer organizations, and professional societies
- Should be responsible for meeting with the international clients.
- Understanding of Media Buying Concept.
Job Requirement -
- Previous working experience as Public Relations Specialist for at least 4 years
- Bachelor's degree/post-graduation degree;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and Google platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with a variety of different PR campaigns
- Connection with the us publications will be a plus point
