Compensation:

- Start-up Salary (You will be able to pay all your bills and go for those occasional parties)

Role : Product Champion Head

- You will be a part of early founding team with diverse backgrounds (Tech, Retail, High Finance and Strategy)

- You will be owner of the product and will help define innovative yet simple and intuitive products on web and mobile.

- Develop product strategies that put users first while helping us meet our business goals.

- Drive the product development life cycle in tight partnership with design and engineering teams.

- Define success metrics, and analyse and iterate to create successful products.

Who are you :

- One, you went to an IIT /NIT to please your parents/GF and followed it up by working with others for last 1-5 years but you are itching to build the next Flipkart or an Ola

- Two, you have a proven product management or product design experience and have built at least one great product with complete ownership (Engineering and Design)

- Three, you are excited about the roller coaster ride of the entrepreneurial journey.
