- Manage product managers, collaborating with the engineering, marketing, and support teams, as well as providing the overall vision for the product road map. - Good Understanding of tools like Trello, JIRA &amp; relevant Product Tools - Good Understanding on Analytics Tools &amp; Implementation. - Have a good Understanding of Application Architecture on Apps Like - Uber, Urban Clap, Flipkart, Bigbasket, Swiggy, AirBnb &amp; VFS, Thomas cook etc - Good Understanding of Domain Driven Design &amp; Modular Software Design - Product life cycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across multiple product lines &amp; Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all products. - Lead manage and mentor a team of product managers - Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities. - Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics. - Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results. - Own the product road map and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders. - Monitor and manage strategic marketing plans for each product or product line. - Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product. - Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action - Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers. - Define the problem that needs to be solved in the market - Continually Assess the competitive landscape - Manage all elements of Product Pricing and Service feature sets - Own the User Experience information gathering and interpretation - Define PRM, iterations, and sprints upon the requirement with stakeholders - Articulate strategies to the action plan to reach the goals, - Lead the product team and coach them through feature analysis - Make deliverables ready to ship to market - Make a good connection and feedback loop with the customer &amp; Building great products that fulfill customers- needs. - Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align to business goals - Sharing product visions, opportunities, and risks company-wide - Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals. - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide regular project updates. - Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations Collaborating with department heads, marketing, production, and operations as advisor of all technologies involved with the company to define and deliver new products and enhancements. - Project Management Skills - Scrum Based Budget, Risk &amp; Scope Analysis - Must possess proficient management skills, effective communications skills, strategic thinking and planning skills, understanding of non-financial areas of the business such as information technology and legal, understanding industry trends and market forces, leadership and motivation skills. - Minimum 12 to 18 years- experience in Product management (strong experience in managing consumer products).
