1. Responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement as per applicable accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS). 2. Handled revenue reconciliation, ensure timely invoicing and their collection, reconciliation, and outstanding analysis. 3. Preparation of MIS, cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation. 4. Ensure proper accounting by subordinate on a daily basis by due approval. 5. Ensure internal control adhere for approvals of expense/payments. 6. Coordination with internal and external auditors to meet their information requirements. 7. Give support in the preparation of budget and forecast for the management on periodic basis. 8. Knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint and experience of working on tally and different accounting tools used globally (e.g. Quickbooks, Kashflow, etc). 9. Should have experience of handling a team of atleast 4-5 people, taking periodic review and allocate work among team member effectively. 10. Conducting variance analysis as & when required to determine the difference between projected and actual revenue and expenditure and implementing corrective actions. 11. Conducting audit to ensure the accuracy of the books of accounts and conformance to the statutory obligations. 12. To perform any other additional duties as assigned by management or provide any adhoc reports require by management. 13. Effective communication, report writing and analytical skills. 14. Should have a knowledge of book closing, finalization, preparation of financials.
