Responsibilities:

Business Performance

- Oversee the management of specific customer(s) and/or specific projects

- Responsible for the overall P/L of the customers

- Responsible for the continuous engagement and upselling of the customers business

- Providing operational visibility vide customer dashboards, customer meetings

Operations : 

- Manage and oversee the day to day operations of multiple hubs of Customer and ensure superior customer experience

- Ensure vehicles attendance and reporting times as per the roster set by the customer

- Ensure grooming standards and other requirements mandatory requirements like vehicle documents etc for all drivers

- Get hands on experience of the operations through regular visit to the hubs and highlight challenges if any to all relevant Internal/External Stakeholders

- Collaborate with the Supply team and build sufficient pipeline of drivers

Compliance :

- Bring efficiency and optimization by effective use of technology like station App & driver App

- Ensure submission of invoices along with all supporting documents by the 5th of every month

- Follow guidelines on process like background verification of drivers, driver/vendor payments etc

Team Management:

- Overall responsible for the recruitment, induction and training of the team

- Growth & scale up of the team members to take new responsibility

- Build awareness on the Company's Vision/Mission and core values amongst the team members

- Build and Develop a sense of ownership amongst the team members

- Periodic evaluation of team performance and take corrective action
