Blowhorn - Revenue Operations Manager (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for candidates who can deliver visibility working with cross-functional teams, improve efficiency across the revenue process, drive revenue predictability, and achieve revenue growth. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. And while doing all of this you will not forget to have fun!
This key role will work cross-functionally to create synergies amongst our sales, marketing, finance, and customer success departments. Looking for someone extremely data-driven and keen to solve challenging problems in logistics.
- Write, improve, and implement sales processes including forecasting, commission planning, quota alignment, territory mapping, and pipeline reviews
- Create processes to encourage collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of the technology used by the above teams, helping employees understand how to most effectively use them at each stage of the customer journey
- Look at business analytics and data across departments to form actionable insights
- Work directly with our leadership team to determine key initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning & strategy, revenue operations, Go to market strategy, Business Development, Revenue Reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational and data analysis skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Logistics experience will be a plus
