The KPI's for the role: Recruitment - Handle entire recruitment cycle starting with sourcing, screening, interviews, offer discussion, offer roll out, on boarding, documentation and induction. The role includes 80% of recruitment (preferably Non tech roles) and 20% as generalist HRBP - Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management for all business units. Reporting and Administrative - Work on adhoc and periodic reports as required by the management. Manage new employee onboarding; create and maintain onboarding materials 6. Check-in frequently with new hires over a period of three months. 7. Conduct periodic events like Birthdays, Anniversary etc for specific Individuals, Team events like Republic day, New year etc celebrations, Monthly events like Movie screening, or Weekly events like Football, Laser tag etc 8. Identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve our employer brand and candidate experience, since you touch most aspects of the talent acquisition process Generate / track key metrics around new employee experience. 9. Conduct Exit Interviews.
