What you will do- - Advise and support managers on strategic issues and help them implement high-performing, integrated human resources practices. - Help recruit great talent at Leadership level through networking and active candidate sourcing. - Oversee the entire TA function and ensure that volume level hiring does not lose pace. - Suggest best practices and techniques to hire employees at all levels. - Implement a strong and engaging new hire orientation to create a great onboarding experience. - Work closely with the business teams for performance reviews and annual increments. - Oversee the employee engagement initiatives, employer branding, payroll function and attrition management. - Lead and own all new HR initiatives that are essential as the Company moves into a growth phase. What we are looking for- - Graduation/PG Degree from a reputed college - Experience of 10 to 15 years in a start-up or mid sized Organization - Experience as HRBP along with Leadership hiring - Proactive, independent and analytical candidates who can work in a fast paced environment - Should have managed a team in their previous stint
