Responsibilities

Operations

- Manage the day to day operations of multiple Hubs or Customer and ensure superior Customer Experience

- Ensure Vehicles Attendance and reporting times as per the Roster set by the customer

- Ensure grooming standards and other requirements mandatory requirements like vehicle documents, uniform,shoes etc for all drivers

- Get hands on experience of the Operations through regular visit to the hands and highlight challenges if any to all relevant Internal/External Stakeholders

- Collaborate with the Supply team and build sufficient pipeline of Drivers

Compliance

- Provide Trip sheets to all the vehicles

- Ensure proper Onboarding, Driver Registration and Documentation collection of all drivers

- Ensure all data like Trip Sheets,Vehicle Spread, On Demand data are up to date.

- Bring efficiency and optimisation by effective use of technology like Station App, Driver App

- Ensure submission of invoices along with the all supporting documents by 5th Of every Month

- Follow up on Outstanding collection from the customer

Customer Experience

- Highlight BH performance to Customer through Dashboards, Station App Reports etc

- Manage escalations and take corrective measures to avoid repeated mistakes/operational failures

- Provide timely feedback and communication to customers
