Blowhorn is hunting for a Manager- Partnerships and Alliances who will be responsible for doing some kickass stuff along with the Head- Partnerships and Alliances This is a cross-functional role that would require you to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to make sure that every aspect of the project is successfully implemented. Responsibilities and duties : - Execute fabulous ideas for both internal and external customers. - Ideation is just a stage, post which he/she has to run an implementation program and execute the same. - Meet brilliant people and learn from them through multiple customer meetings. - Put a date/number to the deliverables of many team members and ensure execution basis the timelines - Get those projects live, and handhold teams to help them take those baby steps. - Manage the Sales team and Ops team expectations on each project. Requirements : - 5-8 years of experience in project management/partnerships/New Initiative role. - Having experience of working in startups. - BE/ BTech preferably. - Should be open to travel, 15-20% of the time. - Mid to expert level analytic skills will be an added advantage. - Prior experience in transportation, urban mobility, eCommerce, edtech background will be given priority.
