Business Process Manager Blowhorn is looking for a Business Process Manager to optimize and streamline business processes. You will be responsible for evaluating existing processes, analyzing implemented changes, and recommending adjustments to workflows, schedules, or other processes. As a key member of the Process team, you will drive the execution of strategic initiatives through a Continuous Improvement framework with cross-functional/regional teams. You will also work in collaboration with the commercial and capacity teams to accelerate strategies, capabilities, and infrastructure to optimize resources The ideal candidate will ensure the efficiency of business operations, create and analyze implemented changes or improvements and make further adjustments to workflow, schedules, or other protocols and processes as required. We brainstorm to understand and explore the difficult problem and come up with the best solution for the hardest problems that impact the world. You will develop broad-ranging skills working on a wide variety of initiatives. You will take responsibility for your projects, but you'll also have teammates who look out for you. What you will do : - Evaluating existing business processes and drive changes needed within systems through collaboration with cross functional teams - Demonstrate strong change management capabilities to influence, persuade and implement strategies - Determining and outlining business process improvements. - Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders. - Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management. - Create an analytical culture to improve decision-making and drive efficiency, quality and profitability - Have a detailed understanding and insights on day-to-day operations - 100% adherence to internal and external SOPs. - Analytical approach for problems in hand and proactively work on data to make decisions. - Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics. - Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification. - Manage relationships and communication between internal and external project management resources, stakeholders, and senior management. What we are looking for : - Graduation in any stream from a reputed college and MBA is preferable. - Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. - Proven experience in the field of process management with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience. - Demonstrated strong change management capabilities with emphasis on team behavior change - needed to sustain business process improvement - Demonstrated ability to present complex issues to higher level management and contribute to high level presentations and discussions - Proven ability to excel in given requirements and have exceedingly well SLAs. - Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
