You will be responsible for maximizing sales across India by providing Analytics, monitoring campaigns, reviewing sales, skilling the sales team and operational co-ordination. Job Overview : - The individual will act as the interface between the sales team and the senior management to implement the sales strategy across regions, in line with targets - The role is a central one and is customer facing What you will do : - He / She will ensure preparation of plans for achieving monthly / quarterly and yearly targets for all the team across regions. - He / She will be responsible for creation and the maintenance of the MIS and the CRM for the entire team. It is the individuals responsibility to ensure integrity and fidelity of the data maintained. - He / She will be responsible for regular monitoring of the MIS on critical metrics and work with the team to achieve the targets - He / She will be responsible for creating review mechanisms for the above and delivering on the action plans with the team, finalized in the reviews - He / She will be responsible for creating and maintaining the desired analytics of the MIS to assist the top management in decision making - He / She will be responsible for skilling the growth team by creation and deployment of training programs through the year - He / She will assist in Lead Generation Campaigns and Prospect Management to ensure customer conversions and quick growth of business. - He / She will proactively assist the team on operations to ensure smooth conversions in the system - He / She will be responsible for solving any customer escalations with relevant customers What we are looking for : - The ideal Candidate is a self-starter, is enterprising, is a great planner and a superb executor - Minimum graduate in any discipline from a recognized university - Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in sales planning & execution, CRM and MIS systems and Analytics. Sales experience in B2B is an advantage. - Should have knowledge and / or experience working digital campaigns for lead generation - Experience in trucking and logistics industry will be an added advantage - Excellent with reporting - Outstanding analytical faculties and an affinity for numbers - Ability to deal with conflicts and a solution-oriented approach to work Skills : - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Ability to develop and deliver presentations. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products and/or services. - Demonstrated ability to learn a product line quickly through self initiative and discipline. - Technical aptitude (MS Office, Internet applications) - Knowledge of CRM and VMS tools is an advantage
