Bloomclass - Lead - Online Workshops Management

- Bloomclass is building an exciting extracurricular learning destination for kids. Our vision is to help children pursue their passions with the help of experienced teachers using curriculum designed by the best in their respective fields.

- As Lead - Online Workshops, You will own and drive the independent teachers vertical leading the discovery, partnering, success and scaling process of exceptional teachers and their courses across multiple genres, right from arts to crafts, music to dance, and more.

- This is a business development role wherein your goal will be to help the identified teachers become successful on our platform and by publishing courses that meet the expectations of kids and parents.

- These are online courses and so familiarity with the Digital/Online medium is important.

Your role :

- Discover and nurture a pipeline of independent teachers with unique courses across multiple genres

- Vet quality of courses and teachers

- Onboard teachers into the system through due process

- Plan, schedule and maintain the delivery calendar of courses

- Ensure timely delivery of courses and course quality as per defined SLAs

- Work across the funnel, from demand generation for courses to ensuring fulfillment quality

- Work with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product and Marketing

- Drive Top of Funnel traffic leveraging high-quality teacher programmes via relevant social channels

- Negotiate and close contracts independently

Your background :

- At least 5 years of experience in building and driving partnerships

- Familiarity with using digital media to scale partnerships and influencer marketing

- Experience in leading and directing teams to deliver within set timelines and budgets

- Digitally savvy and adept with online education

- Can work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Experience in the education/extracurricular space would be an asset
