- As Curriculum Lead - English, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of high-quality English curriculum programmes for kids using best-in-class pedagogy and teaching practices along with the corresponding Teacher Training Programmes. These are online courses and so familiarity with the Digital/Online medium is important.

Your role:

- Own the design and development of digital curriculum for English courses including class material, practice content, videos and allied material

- Develop English Language courses for kids across reading, writing, speaking and listening based on sound, globally accepted standards

- Lead the Teacher Training Programmes to ensure high-quality delivery of courses

- Recruit & lead a team of curriculum associates spanning content, design, video and graphics

- Work with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product and Marketing

- Ensure timely updating of curriculum to maintain relevance and staying ahead of the curve

Your background:

- Over 5-7 + years of experience in curriculum development in the said field

- Strong familiarity with English Language curriculum standards

- Experience in leading and directing teams to deliver within set timelines and budgets

- Digitally savvy and familiarity with online education, tools and new practices in English language education

- Can work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail
