BloomchemAG - Business Strategist (1-4 yrs)
1. Business Development/Market Research/Market Intelligence
i) Product wise Market Research (incl. industry imports/exports) to identify market gaps for introducing new products
ii) Monitor Competition and Analyze Demand-Supply Balances of all COMPANY products in Target Specialty Chemicals Market.
iii) Business Intelligence to track imports/exports in target markets. Collect Market Information thru Secondary Research, Subscribed News Databases such as ICIS and Industry Journals & Periodicals and timely update team.
iv) Tracking Competitors (thru their annual reports, balance sheets, news, other secondary sources)
v) Strategy Formulation of the company and Analyze multiple investment / restructuring proposals for business & profit growth; and identify potential investors for our business debt requirements such as Bank or Foreign institutional investors (FII's)).
vi) Prepare Annual Operating Plans & Achievement of sales objectives
vii) Develop strong relations with key customers & suppliers by map their perceptions about our company with the use of questionnaires/ surveys/ visits/ Feedback Forms/ and device effective way to improve company image.
2. Financial Analytics
i) Analyze company Performance using Financial and other Tools
ii) Analyze Product-wise Sale, Selling Prices and Trend Analysis
iii) Analyze Variances in Purchase and Selling Prices, Quantities
iv) Prepare Business Performance Review (BPR) Presentations
3. Marketing & Corporate Communication
i) Marketing of company's key products
ii) Corporate Communications thru effective use of Social and other Media, such as LinkedIn by use of effective PPW's on both company pages and including supplier's LinkedIn page.
iii) Website Management and timely updations.
iv) Promote events on social media to engage stakeholders
v) Organize Bloomchemag's Participation in Industry Seminars, Exhibitions, Customer Meetings
