Launched in 2020 as an online marketplace for Electric Vehicles, BLive is rapidly expanding its presence in the offline B2B market.

About the role :

This role will lead the Institutional sales channel for the EV store. This role requires strong planning and collaboration skills with a solution mindset to create customized EV solutions for SMEs. This role will have to create strong alliances in the EV Ecosystem within OEMs, finance agencies, insurance and logistic partners. This position will create the strategy for growth and manage a team of Institutional sales executives to drive the B2B business.

Location : Bangalore & Mumbai

Key Deliverables :

1. Create a pipeline for Institutional sales by targeting B2B customers looking for EV mobility solutions.

2. Identify various verticals like food delivery, Ecommerce delivery, Last mile connectivity, Institutional internal mobility etc.

3. Create a strong ecosystem of OEMs, IOT Tech, Finance, logistics, insurance, charging infrastructure to provide EV solutions.

4. Create a strategy and plan to target the various B2B channels for EV mobility solution.

5. Identify the requirements and create customized EV solution proposals for B2B customers.

6. Lead the Institutional sales team for the region with SMART goals and KPIs

We expect you to :

- Have strong institutional sales capability, ability to identify and create sales opportunities

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English

- Drive collaborations within the EV ecosystem and build a network among the B2B customers.

- Be confident with numbers and analytical skills, should be well versed in PowerPoint, Excel & Office.

- Be prepared to travel to meet customers.

- Have some knowledge of the EV industry

Qualifications :

- A Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing

- 6 to 10 years of strong B2B/ Institutional sales experience.

- Should be able to drive and manage a team
