India is the world's fastest growing activewear market with the women's segment contributing to a majority of the growth. Globally Lululemon is a $45 billion company, built on targeting the active lifestyle space of women. BlissClub aims to capture that white space in India. About the Role: As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will redefine processes and manage execution of large scale initiatives in partnership with Operations, product sourcing and Category teams to optimise the Supply Chain for BlissClub and define long term strategy as it rapidly scales. Role & Responsibilities - Design the supply chain strategy for BlissClub as it scales rapidly - Analyze and identify key improvement areas in the existing supply value chain - Building structured framework and processes for optimising operations - Carrying feasibility studies and research, defining detailed launch plans and success matrix and co-ordination for such initiatives - Design and execute pilot projects that can then be scaled by Business operations team - Building data tracking systems and digital tools that build a robust Operations process at scale - Enable business critical decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders Ideal Candidate: - 1-to-2-year experience in a fast-growing startup is a bonus - Graduate from a Tier 1 college (IIT/BITS/NIT/IIMs/ISB) with work experience in management consulting will be good-to-have - High creative and hustle quotient - Exceptional Data Management Skills - Effective oral and written management communication skills
