About the Role As Smoor scales up, its looking to grow across multiple channels (Offline and Online) and product lines (Breads, Cakes & Pastries, Chocolates, Cookies, Beverages & Ready to Eat) Role and Responsibilities: The role can be broken into three responsibilities. Channel Management: Using existing channels (and new channels) and channel specific levers to scale up and reduce cost of channels. Online - Smoor.in: Optimising Website and Paid/Organic traffic - Food Marketplace: Using food delivery (Swiggy /Zomato / Dunzo / Others) marketplaces to grow restaurant business. - Retail Marketplace: Using non-restaurants marketplaces (BB / Supr / BB Daily/Amazon, etc) growing food &amp; non-food categories. Offline - Corporate: Ensuring relationships across companies and business development - Dine-in: Offline marketing and improving traction. Category Management: Understand product gaps and across channels, increase product width and depth across channels. - New Category Development - New Product Development - Suggesting - Improving product feedback loops - Removing products (that do-not add value) GTM / Program Management: In a product driven, fulfilment can be a problem to improve growth. Taking ownership across channels and ensuring all functions meet deadlines on - Promotional Calendars - New Products / Categories - Improved Packaging Ideal Candidate - 8-10 Years of experience. Few years (~ 3- 4) in fast growing start-ups in Growth and Business - Digital Marketing experience - Team Management - High analytical bent, with strong detail orientation. Good problem-solving skills to improve category width and depth. - Led high performing teams (across experience levels) and delivered results through them. - Exposure to digital marketing (Needs to have worked closely with digital teams/agencies; understands methods of growth on digital) - High bias for action and intent to get deep into execution to solve bottlenecks.
