Role and Responsibilities : - Channel Management : Understand nuances of e-commerce channel, in order to improve revenue. - Funnel Improvement : Understand content (specific to each ecommerce player) and improve product listings / brand presence online. - Increase Traffic : Improve traffic via paid / organic channels on marketplaces and scale the brand/ products. - Fulfilments and Customer Experience : Ensure inventory availability across locations /pin codes and ensure high fulfilment, low returns and great customer experience and reviews. - Relationship Management : Work closely with POCs across e-comm channels and scale the brand/product lines. - Category Management : Improve product mix (New product suggestions) based on market understanding and create new product lines. - Event Management : Actively participate in E-Comm events and use existing promotional calendars (event which are higher sales across other channels) across E-comm marketplaces. Ideal Candidate : - 2-4 Years of experience, at least 1-2 years in similar e-commerce companies / companies which have grown via E-comm route. - High analytical bent, with strong detail orientation. Good problem solving skills to improve category width and depth. - High bias for action and intent to get deep into execution to solve bottlenecks. - High ownership ensuring growth of revenue lines / product lines Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
