Lead Receivables & MIS - Mumbai

Work timing-1PM to 9PM

Job Overview:

The position ensures error free and timely accounting of Sales and Receivables and timely customer collections for the UK and USA regions of the group. The Role has MIS responsibilities and other responsibilities in the Finance Function.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring error free and timely accounting of :

- Sales, Agency Commissions, Discounts, Rebates and Trading Deals

- Collections from Customers

- Working Capital Account Entries

- Employee Reimbursement Expenses

- Ensuring error free and timely Reporting and MIS

- Preparation of Sales, COGS and Margin Analysis

- Agency wise and Brand Reports

- Other Finance related reports and MIS

- Continuously Improving Systems and Processes

- Bringing about Automation in processes

- Other Projects and Finance related responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

- 5 years of post qualification experience

- Should have sound knowledge of MS Excel

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/ Navision, Power Query, Power BI will be an added advantage

- Candidate should be passionate about the domain and work
