Blend Financial Services - Senior Manager/AVP - Structured Trade Finance

We are looking at hiring prospect for our Structured Trade Finance team, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities :

- Discuss & Identify Opportunities w.r.t Fund raising for clients for Structured Trade Finance business based out globally. For Products like Structured Trade Finance, Vendor Finance, LC backed funding etc.

- Liaising with MNC Banks & Financial Institutions and developing strong banking relationships.

- Analysing Financial Statements, Business models, working capital cycles, preparing financial model, Preparation of information memorandum/synopsis and other presentation material for sending to Lenders. Coordinating with the Corporate & the internal Credit team to close documentation.

- Having knowledge of Banking Products like Trade finance (Factoring) / Financial Modelling / Analysis: Experience of financial modelling, cash flow analysis and financial analysis.

- Deep understanding of financial statements etc.

Criteria :

- 6-15 years of Corporate Banking Experience with Trade Finance Specialization.

- Relationship Management with Top Corporate/Bankers.

- Good Proven Origination and Execution skills.

- Exposure in Interacting with CFOs/Promoters/Top Management.
