Primary Responsibilities : - Planning and Executing Business Development Strategies. - Developing the client base and maintaining relationship with existing clients - Sourcing of High Value Mandates from Domestic &amp; International market. - Building relationship with Corporate, banks and Financial Institutions. - Ability to close mandates independently. - Business Development: Approach, Breakthrough &amp; meet Top Management of Reputed Mid/Large Corporates to explore opportunities of partnering with them for raising Funds via Debt &amp; Equity route by closing the Mandate with the identified Prospect. - Manage Business Development Team to ensure prolific quality flow of New Business into the Branch. - Credit Execution: Ensure Smooth Execution of the Proposal by directing the Credit Team towards running the proposal efficiently at Banks/NBFCs /other Financial Institutions. - Manage Credit -Execution Team to ensure seamless execution of proposals at identified target Banks &amp; NBFCs - Act as a Key Link Between Management &amp; Branch Team - Execute all Strategies Laid out by the Management &amp; the Country Head : towards Business Development, Execution or any other initiatives in the interest of the Branch - Maintain &amp; Submit basic Review Reports to the Management to enable smoother functioning of the branch in line with Management Strategies, Initiatives &amp; Directives. -&nbsp;Travel : within India &amp; International Locations (mostly to African countries) Experience : - Corporate Banking Professional with 7-15years of work experience. - Good, proven, origination skills and track record of origination activity : interaction with CFOs, Promoters to originate transactions&nbsp; - Good knowledge of all corporate Banking products. - Capability to understand macro &amp; micro economic conditions &amp; financial markets developments locally &amp; internationally and their impact on corporate Banking business.
