Blend Financial Services - AVP/DVP - Project Finance - International Financial Advisory (8-15 yrs)
Company: Blend with it presence in more than 50 countries across the globe and its offices in UAE, Kenya, India and Singapore, is having wide spectrum of associates consisting of Lenders, Banks, Financial Institutions, Impact Investment Institutions and other Associates.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Liasioning with Banks & Financial Institutions (International). Developing Banking relationships (International). Financial Advisory and Fund Raising mandates for Infrastructure Projects.
2. Detailed discussion with the client to understand their requirement and advise on the financing structure.
3. Preparation of interaction with corporate/lenders, preparation of financial model/information memorandum, presentation to lenders and coordination with lenders for approval of financial package
4. Preparation of notes of the Lenders. Answering the queries from banks/FI on the proposal. Closely co-coordinating with the client.
5. Term sheet negotiation for With Bank / Financial Institutions (International).
Skills
- Excellent Credit Knowledge
- Knowledge of Project Finance/ECA financing.
- Should have experience of handling large ticket size proposal.
- Preparation of Notes/write up and Project Appraisal
