Blend Financial Services - AVP/DVP - Fund Raising - International Financial Institution

Dept : Alternate CapitalMarket Clients are Financial Institutions in over 40 countries which include Emerging markets , Asia and Africa. The Desk also raise funds for Sovereigns / Parastatals for Budget Deficits.

Job Description:

- The role would require the individual to provide structuring and advisory services to Financial Institutions in Emerging or Frontier Markets.

- Formulating as well as executing the strategies as agreed with Top management.

- Developing & managing relationship with top management of lending institutions across the globe

- Relationship Management with Clients

- Advice on Info collaterals - Teaser, complex & complicated Financial Model, Info Memo etc.

- Strong Fundamentals on assessing the FI/ Sovereign entity

- Comprehensive knowledge about debt products

- To expand & develop coverage distribution partners in EMEA , Asia Pacific & America

- Active reporting to Management, Activity reports, Business Target reports etc.

- Capture prospect and market needs and trends and consult with executive leadership and internal teams.

Work Requirement :

- MBA (Finance ) with 10-12 years of experience in raising funds for Financial Institutions

- Good understanding of Credit/Corp Finance
