Job Summary:

- The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in accounting processes.

- The role demands expertise in e-commerce finance, taxation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

- Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets

- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliances relevant to e-commerce transactions

- Conduct financial analysis to optimize costs and improve profitability

- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audits

- Implement and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payment and refund processes

- Monitor cash flow and forecast financial needs for business growth

- Manage relationships with banking partners, payment gateways, and vendors

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) is preferred but not mandatory
