Marketing Manager - India

India is a key strategic growth market for Blackmores and we launched our India operations in October 2022 on Amazon India and have since expanded our distribution across several online and offline partners such as Flipkart, Tata 1 MG, Apollo Pharmacy, Guardian, Udaan and Wellness Forever.

Headquartered in Australia, Blackmores Group operates in 13 markets with its international headquarter in Singapore, a health Innovation Centre in Shanghai, and a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Australia.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager the individual in the role will lead the marketing function for our India business focusing on brand awareness and development via a range of exciting marketing activities. We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is passionate about building an early-stage business for a reputed international brand by solving complex and ambiguous problems in the marketing and brand building domain.

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

Overall Marketing Strategy and Direction :

- Lead the development of brand strategy for India (including Digital Brand Strategy), and driving alignment with key stakeholders

- Brand custodian, owning brand vision and strategy from driving brand awareness to click to purchase, owning the brand decision journey in India

- Integration of marketing planning across all cross functions in India

- Establish brand/product segments strategy, plans, and A&P expenses, adhering to Blackmore's strategy and being accountable for brand and business growth in India.

- Initiate and oversee market/consumers research as part of overall brand plans to be proactive and reactive in the marketplace, constructing actionable plans.

- Responsible for high-quality execution of plans with cross-functional teams inclusive marketing campaigns, celebrity and influencer led PR campaigns

Champion our online and offline marketing in India :

- Win the voice of consumers and manage a holistic consumer experience (from product to online platforms to offline stores) in the market across different product segments.

- Maintain brand integrity and voices in all media platforms including social and eCommerce platforms.

- Drive campaigns and programs to generate eyeball, lead and drive directly to increase click-through win rate online or in-store conversions

- Maintain excellence in activation and track the holistic impact of campaigns across key metrics.

- Drive consumer online journey from search to cart.

- Oversee platform marketing content (copy, design, cadence) to increase click-through and conversion rates in line with brand guidelines.

- Act as a liaison between influencers and creative agencies. Manage key influencers
