Unit Manager - Jamnagar / Rajkot - Lead the P&amp;L responsibility for the corporate business in a specific geography encompassing acquisition and retention of both demand and supply on the BlackBuck platform and manage the marketplace fulfilment operations - Build the strategy and execute for building high quality demand and supply in the respective unit geography from the target customer segment aligned with the business objectives - Manage and troubleshoot day to day key fulfilment metrics through the team - Placement for various contracted lanes, process adherence and driving the quality metrics on various operational workflows - Implement collections framework and processes at the unit level to drive collections of outstanding revenue from customers across the geogrpahy and manage the working capital cash flows effectively - Resolve customer escalations on both the sides of the market place for shippers and truckers and ensuring smooth operations - Collaborating with the product &amp; technology teams on driving adoption and launches of new features focussed on improving customer experience and operational efficiency - Building, mentoring and managing a team of high performing business development, operations and collections associates present across the assigned geography
