BlackBuck - Sales Enablement Role - IIM/IIT/XLRI/IMI/MDI (1-5 yrs)
Key Job Purpose: Provide the sales organization with the required content, strategy and training they need to meet the sales target for the category
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve the onboarding program for Sales team so that they are enabled quickly (identifying customer profiles, providing talk tracks, product and process information etc)
- Develop capability of the sales team through the design and implementation of sales skills development and go to market programmes
- Creating campaigns and learning initiatives that strengthen the sales competencies and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Work closely with cross functional stakeholders, with a primary objective to ensure exceptional sales performance that achieves sales, retention and revenue targets
- Pay attention to industry trends and thought leaders in the space to bring innovation and knowledge to the team
