BlackBuck - Product Manager (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Singular focus on Growth across all Products in the company for both sides of the MarketPlace - Demand and Supply Work with Product Managers to ensure strategically important initiatives are getting built with right set of features at the right time
- Continuously analyze data across various Products / Features to understand what is working vs. what is not
- Run lots and lots of experiments across various Products - A/B testing to help us understand which direction we should move towards
- Exchange ideas/data/feedback with Product Managers and Senior Management in order to present results and make the product grow further
- Scale and Automate the growth processes
- Own the Incentives framework for the company - what kinds of incentives to run, who to incentivize, how much to incentivize, when to incentivize etc
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in either computer science or a quantitative domain (math/stats))
- 1+ years of relevant Product Management experience in Data Heavy and Mobile role
- 3+ years of overall experience - preferably software engineering experience before Product Management
- Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Technical expertise and the ability to question, understand, and challenge software implementation decisions and priorities
- Passionately curious to learn and adapt to dynamic research, development and industry knowledge
