Effectively work with existing Sales Channels and ensure right Productivity of each resource by managing the Sales Pitch, helping craft better Product and Processes as needed 2. Launch new Sales Channels such as Tele and Digital, manage the team directly, scale to a level of satisfactory performance / productivity per resource 3. Create frameworks for experimentation to ensure right LTV to CAC ratios for each Sales Channel 4. Own and ensure acceptable levels of subscription renewals working with Sales, Operations, and Product as needed to deliver the numbers 5. Always be aware of the market - other players and how they are selling / doing "
