BlackBuck - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
1. Lead business development efforts for a particular industry segment/Region/Account
2. Lead the complete cycle of business acquisition,service delivery and business expansion at the client
3. Achieve individual financial and non-financial targets while contributing towards teams overall deliverable's through:
a) Effectively generating new business identify prospects and convert in line with Blackbucks capabilities
b) Strategically formulating account plan provide clients needs-based solutions,structure appropriate business mix and ensure the targeted profitability for each account with in the permissible credit limit
4. Working with Product & Engineering team to develop the products which can fulfill the client needs
5. Work with Pricing/Operations/Finance team to ensure service delivery to customers
Proactively building trusted client relationships maintain a portfolio of active and growing customers
6. Generate creative ideas on customer acquisition and products/services
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism in client engagement and internal stakeholder management and other business conduct
8. Drive continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes
9. Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions
10. Abide by appropriate frameworks to guarantee that business is carried out within the company's risk appetite and relevant risks are appropriately managed in conjunction with line managers and other stakeholders
