Head Micro Entrepreneur Programs

Responsibilities :

- Plan, direct and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the Micro Entrepreneur Development Program

- Responsible for managing overall project budget

- Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity within the project including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule

- Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live

- Identify key regions for micro entrepreneur development

- Conduct feasibility study for each region

- Assess prospective micro entrepreneurs

- Review micro entrepreneur's business plan & funding requirement

- Develop & manage the program schedule for each region

- Verify availability of land lease & other necessary approvals (license, power supply, labour agreements etc)

- Monitor stagewise development program

- Create checklist to evaluate and track progress of each project

- Regularly visit different sites and contractors to gather local tribal knowledge about the site conditions, assess labour availability, contact contractors

- Gather market intelligence about the local risks associated with the factory set up

- Develop a rapport with local authorities and key personnel in critical regions of the ecosystem
