Responsibilities: 1. Create and execute campaigns on Facebook, Google, tiktok and other paid advertising channels 2. Collaborate with categories and design team in coming up with innovative ad copies and creatives in various formats 3. Execute SMS and push notification campaigns to increase conversion rates 4. Constantly monitor campaign performance in terms of budgets spent and ROI 5. Improve CTRs by optimizing on creatives, call-to-action and ad-placements 6. Publish campaign performance reports Requirements: - 2 years of experience in managing paid Facebook & Google campaigns for mobile app acquisition - Hands-on with web/mobile analytics tools (Branch, appsflyer, google analytics) is preferred - Highly creative, analytical & have excellent communication skills - Hands on with excel/spreadsheets - Basic SQL skills is a plus
