Reporting Position : Cluster Head - Demand
No of Direct Reportees : 4 -5
Location : Kolkata, Delhi, Hisar, Ludhiana, Bhatinda, Chennai, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Salem
Key Job Purpose :
- Ensure on providing high level of service and operational experience to existing shippers through consistent placement, quick payment turnaround and faster issues resolutions for the cluster
Key Tasks/Responsibilities :
- Lead team to coordinate closely with shippers to drive consistent load over time with minimum deactivations.
- Coordinate with central team to highlight key issues of shipper and act as key input channel to process based resolution.
- Ensure high level of product awareness among shippers through periodic sessions thus maintain higher share of organic demand on platform
- Ensure supply utilization by keeping placement efficiency over 95% over time.
- Liasion with network team to drive competitive pricing & lucrative up-sell products with big shippers .
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching on a regular basis to the team.
Job Incumbent Requirements :
- Prior experience in e- commerce/logistic ecosystem in Account/Relationship Management
Work Experience :
Minimum : 4 Years
