Ensuring top-notch experience for Supply partners working from Kandla cluster. Resolution process setting and streamlining with measuring key metrics 4. Building an energized & the productive team in the region by appropriate work allocation, training and Reward & Recognition. Effective manpower planning and centralizing the operation processes to have a minimum dependency from ground. 5.Responsible for the entire P&L of the states allocated by a. Ensuring order fulfillment within the target prices b. Operational efficiency leading to minimal losses at the customer level.
