BlackBuck - Associate Manager - Demand Acquisition (4-8 yrs)
Key Purpose :
Responsible for identifying, building and developing the demand potential in the acquired market and ensure proper checks on commodities and shippers to onboard quality customers
Key Responsibility :
- Drive lead-based sales acquisition efforts for the cluster and ensure high sales productivity from ground sales manpower
- Oversee execution of all onboarding steps to activate new shippers and ensure conversions strictly adhered to lead list
- Assess and launch new corridor/commodity as part of business expansion
- Anticipate and remain well versed with customer dynamics and act as input channel for market information to the team
- Ensure onboarding of high quality shippers to drive high organic demand with most feasible payment mode
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching on a regular basis to the team
