BlackBuck - Assistant Manager - Operations

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

- Ensuring delivery of superior customer service in Jharkhand Cluster, thereby establishing Blackbuck as the partner of choice for customers.

- Undertake key initiatives towards betterment of operations processes in Cluster Stabilization of Dhaba Process for Jharkhand Cluster and streamlining the POD process for Cluster

- Ensuring top notch experience for Supply partners working from Jharkhand cluster. Resolution process setting and streamlining with measuring key metrics

- Building an energized & productive team in the region by appropriate work allocation, training and Reward & Recognition. Effective man power planning and centralizing the operation processes to have minimum dependency from ground.

- Responsible for the entire P&L of the states allocated by

- Ensuring order fulfilment within the target prices

- Operational efficiency leading to minimal losses at customer level.
