- Leading the Business Development for multi-category product offerings on Services platform to increase sales volume and revenue growth
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
- Market Research - Map market potential for existing and upcoming service offering, drive marketing activities to strengthen the brand and increase market penetration
- Customer Life cycle Management - Drive customer Acquisition (Medium: Direct, Channel Partner and Retail Outlets), onboarding, and service delivery
- Relationship Management - Maintain good rapport with customers, handle seamless issue resolution to enhance customer experience and drive market adoption
- Business target Achievement - Drive key business metrics achievement through the team
- Team Management - Coach, build and manage a high performing sales team
Key Initiatives
- Drive Key initiatives pertaining to the launch of new product offerings /performance intervention of existing categories in the market
