Job Title: Regional Finance Controller

Function: Finance

Position based at : Bangalore

Reports To: Business Head-South

 Scope: To handle Finance for South region

Education: CA/MBA-Finance

Age and Experience: 6-8 Yrs

Job Specific Comments:

- Consolidating South financial reports on a monthly basis and report to WPP like flash report, Actual report, New Business Report, OMI report, Yearend reports etc.,

- Monitoring South results with Budgets and Forecasts on a monthly basis Channel wise & brands.

- Coordinating with Group offices on a daily basis for process the payments, reconciliation of supplier / Clients accounts, follow up on receivables over 120 days etc.,

- Conducted variance analysis combined with suggestions for improvement of profitability.

- Creation of various dashboards to provide the detailed visibility of business to the business head.

- Interaction with channel partners to resolve their disputes for every channel.

- Regional Commercial negotiations for the expenses.

- Ensuring timely vendor payments and managing AP within the defined parameters.

- Ensuring collection of AR within the credit periods and credit limits of the partners.

- Preparation of annual budget and monitoring to perform the necessary control function.

- Ensuring Regional Compliance with Statutory Requirements of TDS / Service Tax, Income Tax, and VAT.

- Leading operational improvement across a business to maximize profits through prudent financial management and strict internal controls and efficiency improvements.

- Maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedure.

- Carry out the necessary stock audits for all the channel partners in the southern territory.
