Core Responsibilities : 

1 Driving BVA and productivity targets

2 Conducting Six Sigma GB and Lean trainings

3 Mentoring Six Sigma, lean and other process improvement projects aligned Telecom Domain / operations

4 Driving Process Automation

5 Conducting SLA baselining and benchmarking, capacity planning, risk analysis during transition

6 Monitoring of SLAs

7 Ensuring defect free delivery and zero operational losses

8 Proactively managing accounts risks related to quality, productivity and delivery

9 Responding to RFI and RFPs

10 Supporting implementation of CMMi practices

Desired Skills : 

- Analytical Ability Problem solving skills Project Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong change management and Leadership skills

Qualification : 

- Graduate / Post Graduate in any of the following discipline: Commerce / Science / Engineering

- MBA will be Preferred

- Six Sigma Black belt certified from reputed institutes like ASQ ISI etc.

Experience

- 10 to 12 years with minimum 8 years in Process improvement and should have worked in Continuous improvement roles catering to Telecom BPO Operations.

- Exposure to BPS industry preferred

- Exposure to Finance and Accounting processes preferred

- Consulting experience will be added advantage
