BJS Distribution - Business Analyst (4-6 yrs)
- Developing and documenting your understanding of the core platforms servicing the business, actively working in multiple concurrent workstreams/platforms
- Working across business functions to ascertain change requirements, producing functional supporting documentation including but not limited to wireframes, systems design docs, user docs and data migration docs etc.
- Defining deliverables, understanding, assessing and documenting business impact and benefit of change requests
- Capturing high level requirements and converting them into user stories
- Presenting solutions to the business and soliciting feedback
- Analysing and evaluating business processes, feeding back to stakeholders
- Understanding of Business Process modelling tools (process modelling levels)
- Assisting the senior BA with regular BA duties
- A good understanding of Agile
